Shipping Policy

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer shipping across the contiguous United States. Please note that we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories. Soles Unlimited does not ship internationally at this time and will cancel/refund all orders with shipping addresses that are not located within the United States. The following shipping rates apply:

  • Standard Shipping: $4.99 per product.
  • Free Standard Shipping: Available for orders of $75 or more.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within the same business day if placed before 11:00 AM CST. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day. We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or on public holidays.

Expedited Shipping

Soles Unlimited offers expedited shipping at a fixed rate of $25 for two-day shipping, and $35 for next day. Expedited shipping costs are non-refundable. 

- Carrier delays on expedited orders do not qualify for a refund.  

Expedited shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories. 

Final Sale and Lightly Loved Products

Please note that all "Final Sale" and "Lightly Loved" products are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Returnable Products

For products that are eligible for return, the following conditions apply:

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the order being delivered.
  • Condition of Products: Products must be unworn or undamaged and returned with all original packaging. Please include your packing slip or receipt with the return.
  • Return Shipping Fee: A fee of $4.99 per item will be charged for shipping.
  • Restocking Fee: A fee of $2 per item will be applied.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, click the following link Proceed with Return with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, instructions and a return shipping label will be provided.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment after the returned item(s) are received and inspected. Please allow 2-3 business days to process your return. We will notify you once your refund has been processed.
